Connected Health Care is seeking a Travel/Contract Hospice Registered Nurse for an immediate opportunity in Burlington, Wisconsin.

04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours:
36 hours per week on 12 hour shifts - Shift: 12 hour shifts

Travel Nurse RN Hospice. Provide compassionate hospice care to patients and families.
