As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, you will:

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Lead and support the front office/patient care coordination team
• Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and appointment flow
• Help patients understand treatment plans, financial options, insurance details, and next steps
• Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
• Support daily huddles, patient handoffs, and communication between clinical and front office teams
• Help maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA standards
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and the patient experience

The right person for this role is someone who:

• Has dental front office, treatment coordination, scheduling, or patient care coordination experience
• Has prior lead, training, or mentoring experience, or is ready to grow into a leadership role
