Over
24 months
, you will gain invaluable exposure working in diverse manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple U.S. cities. You will receive in-depth learning experiences led by our top HR Specialist groups, including People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, andour various Talent specialists. These learnings will be put into practiceimmediatelyduring your time in the program.

At Nestlé, our HRDPs serve as strategic partners, leveraging their HR expertise to tackle real-world business challenges and contribute significantly to the success of our iconic product lines. You will play a key role in driving employee development, managing employee and labor relations, interpreting policies and contracts, overseeing compensation administration, staffing, and ensuring legal compliance.

Whatsetsour program apart is the responsibility entrusted to our trainees, coupled with extensive support. You willbenefitfrom the guidance of dedicated direct report managers, a seasoned HR Leadership mentor, and a peer ambassador.
