Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer for an onsite role in Burlington, Wisconsin. You will handle Level 1–2 desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Active Directory management in a 100% onsite environment.
The role requires strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics, with ITIL-aligned incident handling and customer service excellence. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with no benefits and a Monday–Friday
