Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Machine Operator, Production QC/QA, Material Handler
Join our 3rd shift team and be part of the crew that kicks off the entire production process! Lavelle is seeking a full‑time Mixing Operator - 3rd Shift at our Burlington, WI location. If you enjoy staying active on the job and being part of a close, supportive team, our Compounding Department will be a great fit for you.
The heart of Lavelle’s business is our proprietary rubber compounds, made in the USA. Creating them takes precision and attention to detail, much like baking a cake. The batches are much larger and heavier, and each shift runs with a small team of about five people, all cross‑trained to support one another for smooth operations.
What does it take to succeed in this role? For safety reasons you must be at least 5’ 8” tall and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. While previous mixing or milling experience is a plus, it isn’t required – we offer thorough training to get you up to speed. This is a hands‑on role, so you should be comfortable standing on your feet and willing to get a little messy.
