Astec, Inc. is hiring at our Rex Con facility in Burlington, WI for a Primary Process Owner. The role focuses on developing safe, efficient manufacturing methods and leading lean initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality and on-time delivery.
You will work with manufacturing, quality, OpEx and safety, using kaizen, value-stream mapping, and standard work to drive outcomes across the plant. A strong cross-functional collaboration is essential.
