Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Requirements- CNC or woodworking experience preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and commitment to safety
- High school diploma or GED not required
Set up and operate CNC woodworking equipment
Operate dowel machines and edge banders
Read blueprints and verify measurements
Inspect completed products for quality
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
Troubleshoot basic machining issues
Stage, label, and move production materials
Assist with product assembly and inventory
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Experienced machinists may train operators and perform advanced setups

As a CNC Machine Operator you will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. You will verify machine setups, inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain tooling, and support quality and production goals while following established safety and manufacturing procedures.
A CNC Machine Operator manufactures precision components using computer numerical control (CNC) equipment to produce consistent, high-quality parts. This role combines technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail to support modern manufacturing operations. Accuracy and craftsmanship are essential to producing reliable finished components.
