Production Operator - Rotating Shift

Production Operator, Colloidal Burlington, WI | Floating/Rotating 12-Hour Shifts $19.00/hour | Full-Time (shift premium for evenings)

Our client is seeking a Colloidal Operator to join their Burlington, WI manufacturing team.

• Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients according to established procedures.
• Monitor production batches for quality and food safety parameters.
• Record production, sanitation, and testing information accurately.
• Draw product samples for quality testing.
• Fill containers with finished products.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Report food safety, physical safety, and product quality concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
• Safely operate production-related equipment.

• High school-level proficiency in reading and mathematics.
• Two or more years of chemical or food processing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• GMP and HACCP training is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures.

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate production-related machinery.
