Join our Team! Lavelle is hiring a 1st Shift Janitor to help keep our manufacturing facility in Burlington, Wisconsin
, clean! This position is responsible for performing janitorial work to support the cleanliness and orderliness of production equipment and work areas.

• Sweep and clean production areas and aisles as assigned
• Follow the assigned route for scrap and garbage collection throughout the plant
• Clean equipment during downtime for preventative maintenance work
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the outside dumpster area
• Assist maintenance personnel in keeping outside walkways and entrances clear of snow and ice during the winter months
• Record and submit accurate production and quality data, work records, etc., appropriate to the position
• Follow standard work, line clearance, and setup verification procedures relevant to the position
• Follow PPE and safety rules specified for the work area
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
• Train others within the work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must possess or be able to obtain certification to operate a forklift
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
