Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Hospice

Duration: March 23 – June 20, 2026

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Work Setting: Onsite

Location: Burlington, WI 53105

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality hospice care to patients in a home setting. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and emotional support for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. The ideal candidate will be skilled in hospice practices and committed to supporting both patients and their families through every stage of care.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with established care plans.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor symptoms, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure comfort and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and family members on disease progression, medications, and end-of-life care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate guidance to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Must have prior hospice experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing patient needs effectively.
• No on-call requirements
• No holiday coverage
• No floating requirements
