CNA Resident Ratios- AM Shift: 1:9
- PM Shift: 1:11
- NOC Shift: 1:18
- 8-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
- AM Shift- Part-Time
- PM Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time
- NOC Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Additional $2.00/hour for PM and NOC shifts
- Full-Time: $7,500
- Part-Time: $3,750
CNAs with the appropriate Medication Tech certification may have opportunities to work as a Med Tech. CBRF certification alone does not qualify.
CNA ResponsibilitiesThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care under the direction of nursing staff, including:
- Assisting with feeding and grooming
- Changing linens
- Transporting and transferring residents
- Supporting daily resident care needs
- Active Wisconsin CNA license in good standing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for working with the aging population
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
