As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and vital signs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being
• Contribute to individualized care planning

• Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
