Aurora Medical Center – Burlington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Cardiac Rehab. The role supports the cardiac rehab program by guiding patients through therapy, coordinating care, and ensuring adherence to standards across the nursing process.
You will work with a team of RNs and Exercise Physiologists, monitor patients via telemetry, lead classes, and maintain a safe, compassionate patient environment. Shifts are M-F, 6 a.m.
