Position Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Rehab

Location:

Aurora Medical Center – Burlington, 252 McHenry Street, Burlington, WI. The facility provides high‑quality cardiac rehabilitation services focused on cardiac cases only. It operates Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Schedule & Compensation

Part‑time: 20 hrs per week, Day Shift. No weekend or holiday shifts.

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
Compensation
  • Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
  • Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job.
