Hospice aide, Palliative Care Nurse

Badger Hospice, LLC is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide comfort-focused, hands-on care to patients in their homes and residential facilities. As part of our interdisciplinary hospice team, you'll help patients maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life while supporting families through every step of the end-of-life journey.

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN.
• Assist with comfort measures, vital signs, and other CNA duties within scope.
• Offer compassionate emotional support to patients and their loved ones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the hospice care team.

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered caregiver.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
• Valid driver s license, reliable insured vehicle, and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Hospice experience is a plus, but a caring heart and commitment to exceptional patient care are essential.
