2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps, perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives. You will work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you manage store‑level relationships and ensure top‑quality execution on every project.
Key Responsibilities- Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management, typically within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated accurately.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and multi‑person installations, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed, contributing to the team's success.
- Submit timecards accurately and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; attend training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Schedule and plan hours and locations, including occasional weekends, early mornings or holidays.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Execute all directives fully and completely, working closely with the shared services team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership abilities while representing the company.
- Represent the company in cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction aligns with established shared service field KPIs.
- Provide and receive feedback as required.
- Age / Eligibility:
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. - Availability:
Flexible Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. - Physical Abilities:
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. - Adaptability:
Adjust to varied tasks and work environments. - Communication
Skills:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, downloading applications, and internet connectivity; respond within 24 hours. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory. - Experience:
Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. - Technology:
Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently. - Training:
Complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated timeframe. - Transportation & Travel:
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. - Leadership & Communication:
Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills; problem‑solving and good judgment.
- $16.50 per hour.
