Bon Bon Belle is a modern bridal boutique dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, beautiful, and uniquely herself. With a curated collection of stunning gowns and personalized service, we make finding “the one” an unforgettable experience.

• Greet customers in a timely manner, answer phones, reply to customer questions, and ensure all customers and guests are taken care of.
• Host brides and their guests for dress appointments, acting as a subject matter expert while guiding brides to say yes to their perfect dress.
• Provide the best service possible, wowing every bride and guest that enters our store.
• Create and star in Bon Bon Belle social media and Tik Tok content. Our Tik Tok has over 860,000 followers and 66.5 million likes, so you might be a little famous!
• Positively contribute to our store s beautiful appearance at all times through the way you dress, act, and serve others during your shifts.
• Contribute to the cleanliness of the store: keeping floors swept, bathrooms clean and stocked, dresses organized and straightened, glassware shining and maintained, and the store generally in excellent condition each shift.
• Train continuously on new products, terminology, and trends through attendance at Monthly Staff meetings.

• Experienced in bridal or retail sales and confident earning commission as an important part of your compensation
• Someone who lives to make others feel confident, beautiful, and supported
• Someone who lives within 30 minutes of Burlington, WI
• Available Thursday 10:30am–7:30pm, and Fridays & Saturdays 8:30am–5:30pm each week
• Interested in bridal styling, fashion, or design or follows those trends on social media
• Likes working as part of a team and supports their teammates wholeheartedly
• Doesn’t mind being on their feet, moving around at work, and lifting heavy objects frequently (up to 50 lbs)

• $12/hour base rate + Commission + Tips (typically $24–38/hour)
