Sales Specialist, SSV

We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Specialist (SSV) to apply your relationship‑building skills, mechanical and automotive knowledge, to sell specialty service vehicles.

• Develop sales leads obtained through advertising, trade shows, inquiries, networking, and cold calls.
• Work with customers to identify required functionality, develop detailed product specifications, and provide them to production for build.
• Collaborate with CAD, Engineering, Technical Sales, Project Management and Production to ensure the actual build meets customer expectations and specifications.
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to verify quality, layout and functionality meet customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers post‑delivery to ensure vehicle performance and capabilities meet or exceed expectations.
• Identify potential trade shows or other industry events, determine LDV participation, and attend selected events to represent LDV and its products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, manufacturing software, project management software, spreadsheet applications and word‑processing applications.
• Talent for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
