** About the role*
* Health Fitness is looking for a part-time Membership Representative to join our team in Burlington, WI. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement.  The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Availability:
Two Sundays a month, with the opportunity to earn additional income working weekday days/evenings, with Saturday coverage as needed.

Key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.

* Key Accountabilities:

* + Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

+ Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.

+ Promoting and attending facility social events.

+ Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.

+ May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn't available.

+ Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

+ Other duties as needed/assigned

** Minimum Requirements*
* + High School Diploma/GED.

+ Adult CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or the American Safety & Health Institute will be required within 45 days of hire.

+ 1-2 years previous sales experience.

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills.

+ Highly motivated and communicates effectively.

+ Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.

+ Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.

+ Flu vaccination required during Fall season.

** Preferred:*
* + Associates degree or relevant work experience.

The compensation range for this role is $15/hr - $16/hr the final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
