We are currently looking for a high-performing Service Plumber with a Sales Focus to join our New Berlin team. • Compensation:
  Pay range of $24 - $55 per hour, plus substantial opportunities for increased compensation
• Hiring Incentive:
  Up to a $10,000 Signing Bonus based on certifications and experience

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Quickly identify the root cause of malfunctions and execute precision repairs.
• Build rapport with homeowners, effectively presenting products and service options that solve their long-term needs.
• Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations while maintaining clear communication with dispatch.
• Keep company vehicle clean and well-stocked while ensuring every job site is left spotless.
• Accurately complete all digital paperwork and service records on time.

• 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
• Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
• Journeyman Plumber License is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working.
• Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
• Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.
• Work performed both indoors and outdoors, not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.
