Role Description

The Assistant Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, WI, supporting the daily operations of licensed homes and supported living services. This position assists with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of services to ensure that individuals receive consistent, person-centered care. The Assistant Coordinator helps monitor service delivery, supports staff with day‑to‑day questions, and communicates with supervisors, direct support professionals, and external partners as needed.

The role involves regular interaction with adults with disabilities, contributing to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Qualifications
  • Ability to coordinate schedules, manage documentation and support daily operations in a residential or supported living setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with adults with disabilities, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, electronic records, and standard office applications.
  • Commitment to person‑centered support, respect for individual rights, and promotion of community inclusion.
  • Ability to work on-site in Burlington, WI, including flexibility for varied shifts as needed by the program.
  • Prior experience in human services, social services, or residential care is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in human services or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on program needs.
