OpportunitySystem Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western region of America. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Weekly Pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03
Annual Pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73
Additional accessorial compensation may include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile (depending on experience)
Transition PackageIncludes a $1,800 transition package, of which $1,000 is allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

- Paid Time Off: 80 hours for 1‑9 years, 120 hours for 10+ years
- Accrued sick time: 1 hour per 30 hours worked
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21 or older
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required for flatbed drivers)
Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required).
Pet PolicyPets are not allowed. Riders aged 7 or older are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.
