We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will support day-to-day administrative functions and, at times, provide reception coverage. If you take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and enjoy contributing to a well-run office, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Handle reception duties as required (answering phones, greeting visitors, managing inquiries)
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files with a high level of attention to detail
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Previous administrative or reception experience is an asset
- Multiple shifts available, including daytime roles and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
