Hays Recruitment is working with a Real Estatepany based in New Westminster. This is a 2 month contract, with the potential to be permanent. We are looking for someone to join their team immediately.

Your new role

Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants via email, phone, and in‑person interactions. Support a busy office environment with frequent walk-ins and dailymunication needs.

Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including depositing cheques, managing parking assignments, updating internal trackers, and organizing office documentation.

Print, code, and process invoices while maintaining accurate records. Assist with filing, paperwork flow, and day‑to‑day office operations.

What you'll need to succeed

5 years experience working in Customer Service or Administration

Great customer service skills

Greatmunication skills

Organized
