Become a key support member as a Casual Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Input vendor and supplier invoices into Quick Books
• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
• Verify financial receipts and key in transactions
• Assist with general clerical tasks like scanning
• Provide support as needed within the office
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Proficiency with computers and quick learning
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
• Previous experience in an office environment is a plus
• Availability to work 8-15 hours per week
