Acuren is currently seeking a Field Site Administrator to join our team to support our client site in Burnaby, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting our finance function while gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting and administrative activities.
- This position will be based from Burnaby, BC. Candidates must be local to this area to be considered for the positions.
- 4 days on/2 days off - 10 hrs per day (ST time)
- Salary base will be CA $30.00/hr
- Daily review of timesheets including swipe checking and contract compliance
- Daily timesheet entry into internal system
- Weekly time entry review in internal system
- Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalation as necessary
- Time entry billing into client system (Track)
- Onboarding new employees in client system including site access submissions
- Electronic filing of all admin documents
- Processing site reports using Word
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within a field-based or operational environment.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including invoicing, expense management, and cost tracking.
- Experience working with Track system is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience processing timesheets, job costing, and supporting payroll functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation).
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Quick Books, JD Edwards, or similar) is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
