Key Responsibilities:
• Format and publish HSE procedures and forms in Norland's document layout
• Create reusable Word templates and maintain locked styles
• Implement standardized document metadata and approval blocks
• Review and edit draft content for publication readiness
• Identify formatting inconsistencies within the document library
Requirements:
• 1+ years in an administrative or coordination role
• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Expertise in Microsoft Word functionalities, including tracked changes
• Strong attention to detail and document control knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple documents efficiently
