In this position, you will ensure smooth daily activities by adhering to Guardteck's policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing databases like Win Team and Shiftboard, and assisting with financial and client records. You'll also schedule events and meetings, providing essential administrative support across departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow Guardteck’s security standards and procedures
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly
• Maintain financial and employee records with accuracy
• Organize company events and meetings efficiently
• Manage employee schedules and reported hours
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Operations Support or similar role
• Degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Support the operational excellence of Guardteck while honing your administrative and organizational skills.
