In this part-time role, you will help process donations, manage constituent records, and maintain a positive donor experience. With at least two years of office experience, your work will be critical in ensuring accurate donation tracking and customer inquiries are handled according to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers
• Process donations and maintain accurate Salesforce records
• Identify and address processing errors effectively
• Handle receipt and documentation of donations
• Assist with administrative tasks and community projects
Requirements:
• High school diploma and additional coursework or experience
• Two years of experience in customer service or donations processing
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
• Strong attention to detail and procedural adherence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
