As a Scheduler at Age Care, you'll play a pivotal role in daily operations and staff management in a person-centered environment. Your primary responsibilities include scheduling shifts, managing attendance records, and ensuring all shifts are filled to meet the needs of the business. Your expertise in Microsoft Office and problem-solving will contribute to enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and manage schedules for site staff

• Fill vacant shifts to ensure operational needs are met

• Prepare daily assignment sheets for departments

• Communicate with management regarding staffing status

• Input relief staff hours and pay codes accurately
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience in a unionized healthcare environment preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
