Operations Support Representative

The Operations Support Representative collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting, prepares manager reports, and maintains documents to ensure accuracy and proper completion. This role troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory/equipment to ensure continuous operation.

2245 Douglas Road, Burnaby BC

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday as needed (30 hours per week). Flexibility required.

• Enter billing and shipping data and reconcile Chain of Signature (COS) documents.
• Prepare, collect, track, and store courier documentation, including managing the Red Bin to ensure quality and completeness.
• Prepare the Red Bin to be sent to the Hub in the evening.
• Complete administrative functions.
• Track 407 transponder usage logs to ensure all transponders are returned.
• Prepare accurate reports for managers.
• Test and maintain an inventory of replacement batteries for handheld package scanners and replace consumed batteries.
• Send malfunctioning scanners for repair to external repair vendor.
• Answer emails and resolve document completion issues with Lead Hand, managers, and scanner repair vendors.

• 3 months experience working with computers/technology (word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.).
• 3 months experience troubleshooting scanners and printers.
