In this position, you will be responsible for booking staff shifts while considering skill sets and availability, adjusting schedules as necessary. You will support Team Managers and Supervisors by responding to daily booking requests and advising on scheduling practices. Ensuring payroll accuracy through time card reconciliation will also be key in your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate staff resources to meet scheduled coverage
• Evaluate employee requests for schedule modifications
• Support Team Managers with booking adjustments
• Assist new staff in understanding the scheduling system
• Reconcile time cards with payroll system information
Requirements:
• Completion of 12th school grade
• Three years of scheduling experience
• Proficiency in WFM software, especially NICE IEX
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Utilize your scheduling expertise and collaborative skills at E-Comm to enhance operational efficiency.
