Join the Home Health team in Burnaby, B.C. as a casual Clerk/Unit Aide. This role emphasizes administrative support, client intake, and the management of medical supplies.
This position requires effective communication and organizational skills to support daily operations. You will manage clerical tasks such as reception services, filing systems, and appointment scheduling. The role also includes processing medical supplies and maintaining records for client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services and operate a multi-line phone system
• Set up and maintain client records and filing systems
• Assist with client intake and appointment scheduling
• Type correspondence and prepare informational packages
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and documents
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Office Administration or Medical Office Assistant Certificate
• One year related experience
• Valid BC Driver's license
• Ability to type at least 50 wpm
