Join the Revenue Services - Property Tax and Utilities team as Clerk
3. Utilize your clerical abilities to support various office tasks while ensuring accurate payment processing and record maintenance.
This position offers varied clerical work with supervisory responsibilities over a small team. The Clerk 3 must possess a solid understanding of departmental procedures and exceptional skills in document management and customer interaction. You will actively assist the public while managing various accounts and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and delegate routine clerical duties to subordinates
• Process payments via POS system including cards and cash
• Reconcile financial records and ledgers accurately
• Assist the public with inquiries about departmental policies
• Use software to format documents and create aides
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion and relevant courses
• Considerable experience in a similar clerical role
• Familiarity with business office practices and procedures
• Fast and accurate arithmetic skills for payment processing
• Competency in Tempest and Microsoft Office applications
Achieve clerical excellence while supporting the community with vital office services.
