As a Project Coordinator, you will report to the Project Manager and directly participate in managing customer orders with our Direct Project Management System. You'll support project orders by handling purchase entries, tracking, and following up on orders. Additionally, the role involves working closely with vendors and customers to foster positive business relationships while portraying a professional corporate image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer orders in the Direct Project Management System
• Process purchase order entries and maintain order tracking
• Expedite orders and reconcile final billings
• Coordinate communication between vendors and customers
• Handle shop drawings for approval and documentation
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience needed
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to maintain positive supplier and customer relations
