In this position at our client's firm, you will play a vital role in managing project operations and documentation for multi-family and commercial construction. With a minimum of five years of project coordination experience, your responsibilities will include maintaining files, tracking milestones, and supporting accounting tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide document control support for construction projects
• Organize project documentation, logs, and specifications
• Track schedules and key financial deadlines
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
• Manage project data in control and management systems
Requirements:
• 5+ years in administrative or project coordination roles
• Experience in construction services is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
