• Keep track of action items and deadlines
• Document meeting discussions with concise minutes
Requirements:
• Completion of a diploma or degree in office administration
• Strong proficiency in Office
365 tools
• Exceptional organizational skills in a dynamic work setting
• Effective communication with varying stakeholders
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
