Client Accounts Associate at SFU

In this role, you'll collaborate with SFU Meeting, Event and Conference Services, focusing on guest coordination and room booking management. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in financial tracking and reporting. You will help train summer staff and ensure all guest accommodations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and coordinating guest and group bookings
• Check accuracy of booking information prior to arrival
• Maintain and balance all financial accounts monthly
• Track inventory for guest amenities and meeting supplies
• Participate in training for Summer Guest Accommodations Assistants
Requirements:
• High school diploma and two-year post-secondary education
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to perform accurate arithmetic calculations
