Position: Guardteck Operations Coordinator Role
Join Guardteck as an Operations Coordinator and manage HR, scheduling, and compliance tasks. This position emphasizes teamwork and supports essential security operations.

In this position, you'll play a vital role in assisting the Operations department, while reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You'll engage in various responsibilities that include maintaining employee files and coordinating scheduling. Your contributions will enhance the team culture and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle disciplinary meetings and documentation

• Oversee site audit coordination and follow-up

• Track equipment allocation and inventory

• Facilitate employee compliance with training

• Create and maintain post orders for sites

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in security

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with integrated security systems
