Reporting to the Business Support Lead, this hands-on position involves stock management, SAP data maintenance, and financial administration. Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and excel in multitasking while handling office management and compliance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control and stock administration

• Maintain and administer SAP data and purchase orders

• Process invoices and support financial documentation

• Organize meetings, calendars, and internal communications

• Conduct monthly safety walkabouts and respond in emergencies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

• Familiarity with Oil & Gas operations
