Key Responsibilities:

• Format and publish HSE forms and procedures as per standards

• Develop and maintain reusable Word templates with correct hierarchies

• Consistently apply document metadata and revision history controls

• Edit drafts from HSE and Operations into publication-ready format

• Flag and correct formatting issues in the document library

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of administrative support experience

• Degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or similar

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word features, including mail merge

• Detail-oriented with solid understanding of document control

• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
