Guest Experience Receptionist

Position: Guest Experience Receptionist at Verve Senior Living
Location: New Westminster

Be the welcoming face of Verve Senior Living Retirement Residence as a Guest Experience Receptionist. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting senior residents and visitors every day.

This role focuses on creating a positive atmosphere for residents and guests within the retirement community. As a central figure in our administration, you will manage clerical tasks, answer calls, and support the management team. Your responsibilities will also include communications with marketing to facilitate smooth resident move-ins and sign for deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and visitors professionally and courteously

• Manage telephone inquiries and direct calls efficiently

• Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory

• Support marketing by coordinating tours and appointments

• Maintain tidiness in the reception area

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education required

• Minimum two years in a receptionist role in hospitality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a team or independently
