In this position, you will assist the Manager of Academic and Administrative Services, and the Undergraduate Advisor. Essential duties include maintaining student records, responding to inquiries regarding admissions and courses, and managing logistics for departmental meetings and events. You will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming environment for prospective and current students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline client support for undergraduate inquiries
• Manage departmental meetings and transcribe minutes
• Maintain accurate student records and filing systems
• Coordinate events and seminars for the department
• Update departmental website and social media platforms
Requirements:
• High school graduation with relevant coursework
• 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent
• Proficient in office applications and web content editing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
