In this Clerk/Unit Aide position, you will assist with reception duties, client data management, and supply maintenance within Home Health Burnaby. Your contributions will help enhance the patient experience. This role requires a blend of administrative proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the switchboard and handle incoming calls
• Maintain organized client filing systems and documentation
• Assist clients with appointment setup and confirmations
• Type correspondence and prepare resource materials
• Clean and organize medical supply areas and equipment
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Office Administration Certification
• At least one year of related experience
• Valid BC Driver's license and vehicle access required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in medical terminology and office software
