With over five years of experience in project coordination, you'll maintain documentation, track milestones, and liaise with both teams and stakeholders. The role includes providing administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide document control support for multiple projects
• Maintain and organize project files, logs, and specifications
• Track project milestones and schedules accurately
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas with minutes
• Support Accounts Payable and Receivable data entry
Requirements:
• 5+ years in administrative or project coordination
• Experience in construction services preferred
