At Rexel Canada's Westburne, you'll take on the role of Project Coordinator, assisting with various project management tasks. Your focus will be on maintaining customer orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operational workflows by supporting the Project Management team. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain orders using the Direct Project Management System
• Handle entry and tracking of purchase orders
• Expedite orders and finalize billing reconciliations
• Interface between vendors, sales, and customers
• Process and record shop drawings for approvals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of project coordination experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships
