Join Verve Senior Living as a Receptionist and play a pivotal role in enhancing our community's atmosphere. Your hospitality skills will be crucial in providing superior service to residents and visitors alike.

In this essential role, you will greet guests, manage phone calls, and assist with administrative functions that keep the residence running smoothly. You'll also coordinate with the Marketing department to ensure seamless resident onboarding and handle inquiries. Your daily tasks will help foster a supportive environment for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors warmly at the reception

• Direct phone calls and manage inquiries professionally

• Help maintain office supplies and inventory levels

• Communicate with Marketing for resident move-in processes

• Keep reception area organized and welcoming

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Two years of receptionist experience in a hospitality environment

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capable of working independently and in a team
