The Registration Coordinator plays a crucial role in the Registration Department by handling applications, managing transcripts, and producing registration certificates. This position demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple tasks effectively. Additionally, you'll provide customer support while enhancing the department's efficiency through accurate data management and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage emails and voicemails through Registration Reception
• Provide precise information to applicants and registrants
• Manage dashboard tasks, document acceptance, and data entry
• Support production and mailing of wall certificates
• Assist with uploading transcripts and mail scanning
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Proficient with office programs and document management
