The Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator will manage various administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring effective communication and logistics for KM activities. In this temporary position, you will support budgeting, organizing, and producing KM outputs with a team that spans across Canada and beyond. Your strong planning and organizational skills will be essential for managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate KM activities and logistics across the project

• Support budgeting and internal communications for KM outputs

• Maintain KM tracking systems to ensure deliverables are timely

• Assist with meeting documentation and scheduling

• Liaise with partners and collaborators for project needs

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent

• Minimum two years of project coordination experience

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
