Position: Group Homes Program Assistant Role

Reporting to the Portfolio Administration Supervisor, you will facilitate essential financial duties such as mortgage administration, reconciliations, and budget preparation within the Provincial Rental Assistance Program. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills for successful program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial reconciliations and prepare reports

• Manage diverse mortgage administration tasks

• Coordinate with internal staff and external stakeholders

• Develop budgets and assist with market rent evaluations

• Maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
